VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

St. Augustine once said, “The world is a book, those who do not travel only read one page.” Jatukik Providence Foundation (JPF) has begun formalizing travel opportunities for people interested in volunteering with us in the Congo. Until only recently, JPF sent volunteers on a case-by-case basis, working with them on preferences concerning logistical issues, accommodations, and types of work. Although JPF intends to continue to operate this way to ensure a unique and meaningful experience, we are creating a more structured program to better prepare volunteers who decide to participate.

We do regret to inform interested participants that volunteering in the Congo is not free. The resources needed to operate a safe and inclusive experience are extensive and not cheap. All fees related to trips go directly towards accommodations and in-country transportation and support.

Jatukik Providence Foundation remains dedicated to offering personal experiences, safe and fulfilling for all who travel.
